Thank you for choosing to preorder with LaffxyTCG! Please review our preorder policy carefully before placing your order.

1. General Terms
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy. Preorders allow customers to reserve upcoming products before they are officially released or Stock arrives. BackOrders allow customers to purchase out-of-stock items, securing them for when the next restock arrives.

2. Payment
Payment for preorders and Backorders is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Orders will not be processed without full payment.

3. Estimated Release Dates
We will put out an (ETA) Estimated Time of arrival as All preorder items have estimated release dates/arrival provided by manufacturers or distributors. These dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. We will update customers if any delays occur. Back Order restock dates depend on supplier availability and may vary. We will update customers if any delays occur.

4. Order Fulfillment
Preorders and Backorders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to ensure all preorders are fulfilled, availability may be affected by allocation or supply chain issues or if an item is unavailable If we cannot fulfill your order, we will offer a full refund.

5. Shipping
All preordered and Backorder items will ship as soon as they arrive. If you purchase multiple preorder items, your order may be held until all items are available. Please note that preorder supplies may be limited and may not be sufficient for all customers. In such cases, your order may be delayed until we receive additional stock. However, you will be prioritized for fulfillment once new stock arrives.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

-Customers may request a cancellation within 7 days of placing their order for a full refund unless otherwise stated. This policy ensures that your place in line for the preorder product is secured.

-If a preorder or Backorder is canceled due to supplier issues, a full refund will be provided

-Once confirmed, preorders are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other Pre order items. Customers are advised to carefully consider their purchase before finalizing a preorder.

-Once a preorder and Backorder item has been shipped or 7 days have passed since the cancellation period, it is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded. 

7. Price Adjustments
All Purchases are final!
